Pre - Operative

This patient presents with a dorsal hump and nasal obstruction. She had a weak collapsing lateral wall to her nose that collapsed when she would breathe in through her nose. Alar batten grafts were used in the lateral walls of her nose to prevent collapse and stabilize her airway. The grafts created some lateral wall fullness that has decreased over time. Her dorsal hump is reduced and her nasal obstruction is corrected. The photographs represent her two year
